个人简介：
李忠，博士，副教授，硕士生导师；先后在国家卫健委、美国南卡罗来纳大学公共卫生学院进修学习，参与多项国家科技重大专项、国家自然重点，NIH U01课题研究。曾获校长奖学金、国家奖学金（2次），江苏省优秀学生干部等荣誉称号。累计在Psychiatry Research, the Journal of Rural Health, Journal of Affective Disorders、International Journal for Equity in Health、SSM—Population Health、BMC Geriatrics、BMC Psychiatry、Archives of Gerontology and Geriatrics、Health and Quality of Life Research, 《中国卫生政策研究》、JMIR Medical Informatics等杂志发表高水平论文40余篇，其中第一/通讯作者发表SSCI/SCI等论文20余篇。在中国社会科学出版社出版《基层卫生服务治理：中国的实践与经验》独著1部；在中共江苏省委宣传部《智库专报》发表决策咨询报告1篇。担任SSCI期刊Archives of Public Health 的Section Editor和SCI期刊BMC Public Health的Associate Editor；为Lancet Regional Health-Western Pacific、Social Science and Medicine、International Journal for Equity in Health、SSM—Population Health、JMIR Public Health & Surveillance、The European Journal of Health Economics、BMC Health Services Research、Journal of Medical Informatics Research、Cancer Medicine、Patient Preference and Adherence、医学与社会等期刊的匿名审稿人。指导本科生获江苏省计算机设计大赛特等奖和一等奖各1项；获中国大学生计算机设计大赛（中国大学生竞赛白皮书项目）二等奖2项；个人获省级优秀指导老师称号。指导研究生获江苏省研究生公共管理案例大赛3等奖1项。。
